A few simple rules to follow during your visit:

PLEASE RESPECT THE ANIMALS

This is their home and you are a visitor here.  Please do not chase, run after or tease any of the animals.

DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS

Their diets are carefully managed for their health and safety.

SUPERVISION

Children and/or individuals requiring support must be with an adult or caregiver at all times.  Please no horseplay or loud shouting.

RESPECT THE SAFETY BARRIERS

Please respect the safety barriers located throughout the Zoo.  It is for your safety as well as the animals.

NO PETS OR ANIMALS

Dogs or pets of any kind are not permitted anywhere on the property (and should never be left in a vehicle unattended).  Due to the safety of your animals and ours, we cannot allow service animals of any kind.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

NO SUBSTANCES

Please, no smoking (or use of any other substances) while out in the Zoo.
